We have a fantastic opportunity at our Residential service in Paston, Peterborough as we look for our next Team Leader This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week, Sense are offering £23,204 per annum.

At this 10 bedded service, we support 9 Individuals who have communication, mobility with additional health needs. They enjoy participating in activities in the house and community. The people we support lead full and active lives.

As the team leader, you will be required to complete administration tasks and help lead the team with the support from the Deputy & Registered Care Manager.

You will be planning, coordinating and supporting activities at the home.

This role in Paston, Peterborough might include:
Supporting individuals / groups / teams within the home, center and community.

Providing a customised, responsive and high quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments, physical and/or learning disabilities who use Sense services.

Delivering services which meet or exceed organisational expectations and standards.

For this role you will require:
A full manual UK license and must be willingness to drive is required as you may be required to drive the company vehicle (to take individuals out in the community)
Experience of leading teams in a Social Care setting is essential.
Knowledge of or qualification in British Sign Language or the willingness to learn is desirable ( BSL / Makaton etc.)
