Job Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in various healthcare settings.


Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Utilise IT systems for updating patient records and care plans.
  • Provide English language support to patients as needed.
  • Deliver care in diverse settings including home care and care homes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualised care plans

Skills:

  • Valid driving licence to transport patients when required.
  • Proficiency in IT for maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Fluent in English to ensure clear communication with patients and staff.
  • Experience in home care and care home environments is an advantage.
