Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has opened up in our Selby Community Response Team for a dedicated and experienced Specialist Occupational Therapist to join us.

  • This role involves providing holistic assessments and specialized occupational therapy to patients in their homes as part of a collaborative team.
  • We work closely with various partners to support patients in their recovery and prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.

Main Duties of the Job

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with diverse conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice.
  • Ensure holistic care for patients in the intermediate care and fast response service.
  • Manage own caseload and adjust plans as needed.
  • Identify and report work-related risks.
