Broadband Specialist - Communications, Starting salary £26,000, Whiteley, Hybrid working

Our client, an independent successful award-winning managed IT, print and communication specialist with a reputation for delivering excellent and effective bespoke designs and solutions for digital workspaces is seeking a Broadband Specialist.

Our Broadband specialist will be part of a busy delivery team, ensuring projects are completed and all orders are fulfilled in line with the clients expectations.

You will be responsible for monitoring and managing new broadband connectivity orders for new and existing customers, programming and sending out routers; and raising any faults with wider internal teams.

As a Broadband Specialist, you will have a good understanding and technical knowledge of broadband connectivity processes, within the communication's technical arena.

To be considered for this vacancy you will:

• Have at least a couple of years recent experience in a similar capacity, perhaps working for an IT Services or Communications provider
• Have an excellent understanding and technical knowledge of Broadband and VOIP, and experience with BTW or BB1 portals
• Be a confident & courteous communicator, a selfstarter and team player
• Live within an easy commuting distance of Whiteley.
