Band 5 PA role, to support the CEO and potentially another Exec Director.


This is to cover current sickness, potentially until the end of December, 30 to 37.5 hours per week in a hybrid format (minimum of two days on site).

Provide PA support to the Chief Executive, to include:

  • _Diary management. _
- _Acting as first point of contact for all relevant communications both internally and externally._
- _Planning and arranging meetings and visits_
- _Preparation of reports and presentations using Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as photocopy, collate and distribute as required._
- _Maintenance of an effective filing system for documents._
- _Minuting of meetings if required; maintain action logs and proactively manage the outcomes of actions assigned to the Chief Executive._

  • Work flexibly to provide support/cover for colleagues during periods of absence._
