Regional Health and Social care trainer - Staffordshire


Our training team plays a key part in ensuring the continued delivery of excellent care throughout Nexxus care services, ensuring every employee is confident and competent in their ability to work in a person-centred, compassionate way.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
full-time trainer to support and strengthen our training department.

You will be delivering company training as required through a blend of online and classroom-based learning for our employees throughout Nexxus Care.


To be successful you will need to have demonstrable experience of developing people and supporting them to achieve learning outcomes.


  • Excellent communication skills both written and orally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • EAT/PTLS or equivalent qualified
  • Microsoft office skills including PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of writing and developing training programmes
  • Understanding and ability to adapt to different learning styles
  • Understanding of general care delivery
  • Knowledge of safeguarding
  • Ability to manage workload and have excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised

It is essential that you are a driver with access to your own vehicle, live within a commutable distance to Staffordshire and have flexibility in working patterns and locations when required.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£23,270.00 per year
