Estate Services Supervisor

Main Purpose of the Role:

As a Caretaker, your main goal is to provide top-notch caretaking services to residents, ensuring that the estates maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and maintain cleanliness of communal areas following set guidelines.
  • Conduct health and safety checks and report any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and regulations.
  • Assist in managing estate access during adverse weather conditions.
  • Monitor both internal and external services offered within the estate.
  • Properly store equipment and chemicals following safety protocols.
  • Keep detailed records of work activities and report any incidents.
  • Interact with residents in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain company vehicles if provided and adhere to reporting procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the team leader or operations manager.
Experience and Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Solid educational background.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering customer-focused services.
  • Proficiency in using handheld computer devices.
  • Valid UK manual driving license.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of manual handling and workplace safety.
  • Familiarity with COSHH regulations.
  • Knowledge of BICS cleaning standards.
  • Prior experience in caretaking or cleaning roles.
