We are hiring a Production Supervisor for a well-established Scottish family business in Hillington

Are you experienced in supervising successful manufacturing/production teams? Do you seek an opportunity to work for a market-leading business?

The company is looking to expand their team by adding a Production Supervisor to oversee operations.

Working on a 2-week shift rotation basis from Monday to Friday (day shift/back shift), you will play a key role in implementing process improvements that aim to boost production capabilities, output, and most importantly, the quality of the final product.


Key Duties:
  • Monitor and manage production KPI's
  • Ensure health & safety compliance in the production area by conducting risk assessments and accident investigations
  • Maintain Quality Control standards to guarantee a high-quality product/service by optimizing production processes, equipment usage, and working environments
  • Keep the production area clean and uphold safety protocols consistently

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Production Supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
