Customer Service Assistant

This role is working in the office full time - 35 hours a week Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update IT systems ensuring there are accurate records of all work planned and completed, ensuring the system is kept 'clean' daily, that all jobs have a future appointment and are actioned appropriately.
- Monitor diaries so that work is booked in a timely, costefficient and productive way.
- Manage jobs from start to completion, actioning and booking emergency and urgent repairs in line with timescales set, raising followon repairs and allocating work.
- Ensure all jobs are accounted for and are completed within target date.
- Ensure adequate appointment availability in relation to relevant repairs contracts.
- Review and amend diaries to take account of availability changes (e.g. leave, sickness and training).
- Arrange access to properties for any works to be carried out, following up in line with 'No Access' procedures as required.
