They have an international track record of achievements across various sectors, including luxury hotels, prime residential, commercial, and marine.

Role Overview:

They are seeking experienced and ambitious Project Managers to lead high-end fit out projects. The roles are based in Antrim or Glasgow and involve coordinating and managing resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, organising necessary resources to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and take steps to ensure timely completion.
  • Create and manage project budgets, ensuring delivery within financial constraints.
  • Ensure all work meets client specifications and quality standards.
  • Manage project resources, including staff, labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors.
  • Liaise with clients and their agents, providing updates on progress and resolving issues.
  • Adhere to contractual conditions, maintaining the contractual position.
  • Monitor financial performance, minimising project costs.
  • Foster strong client relationships and engage in value engineering to enhance project contribution.
  • Maintain high safety standards throughout the project, complying with environmental and health & safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications with a strong joinery background.
  • Extensive experience in joinery management on interior fit-out projects.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage high-pressure environments.
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines and targets.
