Purpose of the role and your responsibilities;
Ensure that the IMS processes, procedures and other documentation are up to date, compliant and available through the successful completion of internal audit by completion of physical visual inspection as well as desktop review of plans, processes, and procedures to identifiy Risk and opportunities.
Participation of external audits.
Focus on driving business improvement across the whole contract using LEAN and other methods

Experience in within TMC sector
Experience of management and implementation of, ICT systems to include Microsoft packages including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio
Understanding of ISO accreditations
Experience in delivery of auditing regime to include visual inspections as well as auditing of plans/processes
Proficiency in information gathering

Experience required;
Plan, prepare and undertake internal audits in accordance with the internal audit programme, ensuring that the organisation complies with internal and external regulations and standards to include ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 44001
Plan, prepare and undertake monthly depot inspections and other Health, Safety and Environment inspections and audits
Prepare audit and inspection reports that outline issues, risks, and recommendations and raise findings on the IMS reporting system
Operate and administer the IMS reporting system used for managing Corrective and Preventive Actions, to include the Near Miss Notify system and provide support on the correct use of the system
Analyse data and patterns highlighting areas for further investigation / improvement

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Teams, Outlook
Strong analytical capability to extract root cause and failure modes
Ability to liaise with operational teams to influence performance results
