Café Epicure is a hugely popular independent artisan coffee shop business that focus' on 1st class coffee, food and service for its customers.

We want to recruit a barista who is comfortable working in a fast-paced coffee shop and someone who enjoys making unique and top-quality beverages that our customers will remember whilst engaging our team to ensure all customers are served on time with the best we can offer, consistently

To do this we need a fabulous person and someone who has a passion to learn and love everything about great coffee So, if you have a passion to learn and love great coffee this one is for you

The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for from you is

• Barista experience essential able to demonstrate safe hygienic and competent handling of an espresso machine
• Able to demonstrate heating and pouring of a range of milk and alternative milks with latte art capability
• Have an understanding of 'dialling' in maintaining espresso quality
• Have experience of cleaning grinders and espresso machines
• Have till operations experience
• Be able to multitask, work under pressure, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Able to demonstrate customer service excellence at all times
• Be a natural team leader who has solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Has experience of successfully ensuring drinks and food are served on time, are top quality and served correctly by the team
• Can demonstrate ability to think quickly and rationally to everchanging situations
• Consistently leads by example and able to maintain a 'leadership' persona
• Is thirsty to progress to Store Manager with shared ownership possibilities
