Administrator to Marketing and Events Team

Our client a well-established company based in Aylesbury is looking for an Administrator to support the Marketing Team to ensure the events and marketing function works efficiently and professionally.

Must be in a realistic location to Aylesbury

Responsibilities:

  • Support admin for workshop/event activity which includes, sourcing & preparing information for events including preparation of delegate lists, badges, attendee updates, data input. Ensure new event/workshop material is created in sufficient timescales for events.
  • Ensure evaluation surveys and attendance is recorded onto CRM and reporting systems.
  • Liaise with venues to obtain quotes for events and to ensure that chosen venues are updated with all details prior to an event.
  • Assist in the creation of slidedecks in PowerPoint for events using correct branding.
  • Order branded merchandise and ensure costs are recorded. Liaise with mailing house, designers, printers and couriers to support local marketing initiatives/campaigns.
  • Attend regular marketing team meetings a well as weekly catchup meetings with the team when required.
  • Deal with member queries received through the marketing teams to Outlook inboxes.
  • Follow processes and procedures established within the team and organisation.
  • Upload events and content to the website.
  • On occasions, maybe required to attend events to support registration and set up.
  • Full driving licence including business insurance would be preferable in order to attend events.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to multitask and manage various functions at once
  • Ability to absorb information and data from multiple sources
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks/projects
  • Highly computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently to support all members of the team
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality conscious approach are essential
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
£11 ph plus £1.33 holiday pay ph

25 hours per week
