Value Doors is a leading provider of high-quality windows and doors, committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team.

Job Summary:

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks related to sales processes. This role involves monitoring the sales email inbox, distributing leads, allocating incoming payments, checking sales paperwork, collating non-standard price quotes, answering phone enquiries, and checking the status of customer projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Email Monitoring and Management:

  • Monitor and manage the Sales email address.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and route emails to the appropriate team members.

Lead Distribution:

  • Distribute sales leads to the appropriate sales representatives in a timely manner.
  • Track lead status and ensure follow-ups are conducted as necessary.

Payment Allocation:

  • Allocate incoming payments to the correct customer accounts.
  • Follow standard operating procedure for non-automated payments and job status.

Sales Record Checking:

  • Review and verify sales file for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure all required documentation is in order before processing orders.

Non-Standard Price Quotes:

  • Collate and prepare non-standard price quotes for Sales Team.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to obtain necessary information for quotes.

Customer Enquiries:

  • Answer incoming phone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide information and assistance to customers regarding their orders and services.

Project Status Checks:

  • Monitor the status of customer projects and update relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure that projects are progressing according to schedule and address any issues promptly.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
