This role, based in an office setting with no night shifts, provides a unique opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care worldwide.



What does a Coordinating Nurse do on a daily basis?

  • Handle patient calls from around the world, conducting telephonic triage and providing evidence-based medical advice;
  • Offer pre-trip travel advice, assess medical standards, and coordinate medical care globally;
  • Direct patients to suitable medical facilities, liaise with international medical professionals, and facilitate medical evacuations;
  • Participate in quality-improvement projects internally.

Requirements for this role:

  • NMC registered with approximately 5 years of ICU/Emergency experience;
  • Broad clinical exposure in areas such as travel/global health, public health, or military nursing;
  • Ability to identify critical medical issues, work well under pressure, and possess excellent communication skills.
