This role will be varied from conducting valuations to managing the portfolio.

The successful Lettings Manager will be offered: £25,000 Basic
£30,000 OTE Full support from the DirectorFree parking nearbyGreat company ethicsAs a Lettings Manager, your role will involve: Create the largest active market share of any agent in the areaMaximise revenues and grow the property register as the main instruction taker for the branchManage and oversee an allocated portfolio of propertiesCommunicate with Landlords and Contractors regarding properties and any maintenance works required/actions to be undertaken, resolving accordinglyDevelop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendationsContent creation and development on social media platformsWorking hours: As a Lettings Manager, you will be required to work full-timeTo be considered for the Lettings Manager role you must have:Basic IT skillsBe able to work well with others but able to work on your ownStrong customer service skillsExperience in Property ManagementAble to bring new customers into the business.

Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs and requirementsARLA Qualified (preferred but not essential)A full UK driving licencePersonableDue to the high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
