Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a QHSE Manager located in Ermine Business Park.

The QHSE Manager will be responsible for ensuring the company meets its legal requirements and achieves its objectives in Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management.

The role includes developing, implementing, and managing QHSE processes and procedures, conducting audits, and leading problem-solving activities to identify root cause, corrective, and preventive actions.

The role also involves providing effective leadership and training to teams to ensure continuous improvement and effective performanceQualificationsSkills in Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational HealthExperience in accident investigation and trainingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to present information effectively to all levels of the organizationKnowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g.

ISO 9001:2015)Experience with risk assessments and hazard identificationLeadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating teamsA degree in science, engineering, or related field is preferred, along with relevant professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent
