Monday to Friday - Hybrid/Remote

We are looking for a Finance / Accounts Supervisor to join our team at the Head Office in Bromsgrove.

Join our friendly and supportive team and work directly with an exciting Automotive brand.

**Responsibilities of Finance Supervisor include:**
- Day-to-day management of the accounts assistant team, being the first point of contact for all queries
- Responsible for training team members
- Handling purchase ledger reporting
- Tracking unallocated cash and following up with accounts assistants & accountants weekly
- Maintaining PL accounts and updating records
- Managing Group fuel/Ordering fuel cards
- Monthly Fuel Analysis
- Head Office invoice posting
- Handling HO water bill payments
- Ensuring Canham, Accounts Solution, Midshires, Vision (Gemini) payments are done on time
- Covering for team during holidays
- Purchase ledger posting of invoices & credit notes
- Bank postings
- Managing bank payments
