Responsibilities:
- Analyze extensive and intricate data sets that reflect users' behaviors.
- Delve beneath the surface figures to unearth valuable business insights.
- Shape the economic dimension of user experiences by skillfully balancing challenge and achievement to heighten overall engagement.
- Identify distinct player segments for each feature and customize the optimal experience for them.
- Devise A/B tests and promptly derive conclusions.
- Determine the pricing of in-game currencies and their exchange rates.
- Vigilantly monitor for anomalies and glitches in the game's economy.
- Collaborate with product owners, marketing managers, UX/UI designers, analytics teams, data scientists, and development teams.
- Create and assess simulations and predictive models to anticipate the outcomes of content modifications.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in game economy design.
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field.
- Proficient in SQL with a proven track record of querying extensive and complex data sets.
- Methodical approach to data analysis and the ability to convey findings clearly and effectively to support business strategies.
- Experience with BI tools and advanced proficiency in statistical applications.
- Genuine passion for gaming.
