Job Title: Guest Services Agent at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire

Join a dynamic Guest Services team in the English countryside, a short distance from Fleet.

Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is a historic estate with 133 rooms, diverse dining options, and an award-winning spa.

Responsibilities of the Guest Services Agent:

  • Ensure guests receive exceptional care and service throughout their stay
  • Welcome and bid farewell to guests, assist with luggage handling and valet parking

Preferred Qualifications for Guest Services Agent:

- Previous experience in luxury hospitality

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Proficient in English

- Ability to handle physical tasks like lifting luggage trolleys

- Clean UK driving license and minimum age of 21
