The role involves supporting experienced staff with case management and compliance with both legal and best practice requirements. Perform work in line with legal and best practice requirements
Understand and appreciate key commercial aspects of the insolvent company's business.
Administer a case portfolio, ensuring all statutory, regulatory and internal procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Basic office administration, including filing, copying, casting and reading over documents,
Dealing with creditor telephone enquiries
Collecting in the selling assets with the assistance of agents

Familiarise and gain working knowledge of all regulatory and statutory requirements, including statements of Insolvency Practise and other best practise, Risk Management and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.

Demonstrable experience of working within the Insolvency sector is preferable Preferred GCSEs in Maths & English Language at grade B or above A minimum of 240 UCAS points (equivalent of 3 A-Levels at grade C) As a colleague here at Evelyn Partners, you will have access to benefits that include:
