OVERVIEW OF JOB


In this role, you will be an integral member of the Global Learning and Effectiveness (L&E) team, providing support, coordination and management of global L&E initiatives.

You will work collaboratively with the team and other stakeholders to ensure our projects deliver and provide best in class experiences to our customers (our employees) and meet the needs of the business.

You will also be responsible for providing Executive Assistant (EA) support to the Global Head of L&E.

REPORTING OF THE ROLE
This role reports to the Global Head of L&E.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

IN THREE MONTHS

  • Understand GroupM, it's agencies and markets.
  • Understand L&E's goals and objectives and the role the team plays in driving our people and business forward.
  • Commence support on L&E initiatives and of the practice head

IN SIX MONTHS

  • Work in collaboration with the Global/Regional L&E teams to define the quality and standards required to deliver exceptional services.

IN 12 MONTHS

  • Be autonomous in the prioritisation and delivery of workload.
  • Seek continuous improvement in the delivery of programme coordination and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

  • Support the Global Head of Learning and Effectiveness as an Executive Assistant dealing with extensive inbox and calendar management.
  • Act as the Global Head of Learning and Effectiveness, right hand, eyes and ears, by supporting the team and them where required.
  • Support the Global Head of Learning and Effectiveness with travel and expenses management.
  • Workflow management; maintaining uptodate knowledge of workflow and commitments; Flagging relevant information, Supporting the delivery of key deadlines, Collating information for reports, and triggering reminders for key deadlines and events.
  • Being the goto person for all the ORG insights and knowledge across the business, where possible
  • Support the central team with some meeting coordination and travel management.
  • Support the wider L&E team with project coordination and delivery.
  • Direct employees and queries to the right person in the L&E team and be the first point of contact for employees representing the Global Learning and Effectiveness team.
  • Support the delivery of Learning and Effectiveness programs by coordinating and executing logistics, facilities and attendance.
  • Collaborate with global/regional L&E leads and agency leads to source nominations for programs.
  • Support the team with mailbox enquires for the Kaleidoscope and Culture Amp mailbox(s) when required.
  • Finance create, track and support all L&E invoicing and coordinate for the central team.
  • Communications and presentations draft comms and ensure the quality of presentation materials for the team.
  • Liaise with suppliers to coordinate programs and services offered and manage issues as they arise.
