We are on the lookout for passionate and energetic Early Years Educators to nurture children aged 3 months to 36 months, fostering play activities and supporting EYFS assessment. Strong communication skills are a must to connect with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
Principal Responsibilities:- Engage with, care for, and inspire children
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of the Early Learning School
- Ensure high standards of care and education as per statutory requirements
- Provide regular feedback on children's development to parents
- Prepare and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment
- Manage behavior effectively to create a conducive learning atmosphere
- Build strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and external parties
- Work collaboratively with a positive work ethic
- Perform basic First Aid duties (training provided)
- Attend training sessions to stay updated
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance
- Understand and implement relevant Policies and Procedures
- Committed to realizing every child's potential
- Assist in the smooth functioning of the Early Learning School
- Holds a Level 3 qualification
- Prior experience in an Early Years setting
