The Role of a Teaching Assistant


This Teaching Assistant position calls for a charismatic and supportive TA with recent experience in a primary school setting.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will engage both inside and outside the classroom, working with small groups of up to 5 students with lower ability.

Experience in supporting students following the KS2 curriculum is essential, along with the confidence to conduct group sessions to aid their advancement in class.

You should possess a strong ability to connect with students and a genuine passion for student interaction.

To be eligible for this role, immediate availability and an updated enhanced DBS are required.
