About the Role:
As a Senior Fertility Nurse, you will take centre stage in our clinic's operations, providing essential guidance, support, and care to our valued patients. If you embody qualities such as empathy, discretion, care, and compassion in your nursing practice, this role is tailor-made for you. Responsibilities of the Senior Fertility Nurse:

• Execute venepuncture and blood tests with precision.

• Address patient concerns with informed and concise responses.

• Conduct assessments and consultations as needed.

• Assist in theater procedures, including egg collection and embryo transfers.

• Act as a mentor for junior staff, fostering their professional growth.

• Participate in the procedure room as a scrub and circulator as required.

• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients.

• Provide coverage for staff illnesses or emergencies.

• Maintain a sterile and hygienic theater environment.

• Dispense medications accurately.

• Cultivate a welcoming and calming atmosphere for our patients. Requirements for the Senior Fertility Nurse:

• Hold a relevant nursing qualification.

• Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience in fertility nursing.

• Satisfactory references. The Ideal Candidate:

• A fervent advocate for nursing and patient care.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues and patients.

• Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Confidence in delivering top-notch care.
