Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is looking for production operatives around Nottingham.


As a Production Operative or a Production Worker, you will work on the assembly or production line of a manufacturing company.

Your duties include feeding batches of raw materials into machinery, assembling goods on an assembly line and attaching labels and company logos to finished products.

Requirements:_

  • Setting up and operating specialised production machinery, ensuring each machine is always running effectively and safely.
  • Maintaining and promoting a clean and organised work environment.
  • Ensuring our customer orders are met to our high standards of quality.
  • Ensuring all safety and compliance procedures are maintained accurately and consistently.
  • Packaging
  • Labelling
  • Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any nonconformances.
