Job purpose
We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals join our retail team as a Retail Assistant.
You will be part of the team, delivering excellent customer service within a fast-paced environment.
You will be a well organised individual, who can work in a team but also efficiently using your own
initiative. You will ensure that the health and safety within the Megastore/Warehouse is always
adhered to and take responsibility for the security of the warehouse and stock.

Key responsibilities

  • To deliver exceptional Customer service in a fastpaced environment, through effective
customer approach

  • To support in the assistance of all internal and retail requests
  • To assist in the efficient receipt of stock deliveries both incoming and outgoing
  • You will assist in the checking/counting of deliveries in a timely manner and immediately
reporting any discrepancies to the stock controller

  • To maintain sufficient levels of stock on shelves in the Megastore/Warehouse making items
readily available

  • Picking and despatching of Ecommerce orders
  • To work in a "always keep tidy" manner and to adhere to health and safety at all times
  • To promptly dispose of any rubbish on a daily basis
  • When required you will provide the Store(s) with a daily replenishment of stock
  • You will be able to pick and deliver to the store(s) when stock is urgently needed
  • To be able to work on the own initiative and provide help and support to the team
  • Able to use till and ticketing IT systems

  • To have a good understanding of products and be ready for any promotional activities
  • Work towards sales targets
  • Be confident in offering additional sales and addons
