Due to our recent and targeted growth we seek
two full time and two part-time additional team members who share our passion for excellence, quality, and professionalism.


The Role


Reporting to and working closely with the _
Packaging Supervisors and Production Manager _ you will be involved with all aspects of packaging, Brewing, and distribution operations from beginning to end.


You will be required to liaise and work with other key functions within the brewery, warehousing, and distribution departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of your responsibilities.

We seek team members who are, ideally, experienced in the brewing/production industries, quality focussed, understanding of the need to at times be flexible and who can also enjoy their work and not be afraid to contribute ideas on how things can be improved.


Key Responsibilities

  • To carry out bottling and canning ,Cask filling and keg racking duties as required ensuring the lines are constantly running as continuous and efficiently as possible.
  • To ensure the working areas are kept tidy and that cleaning duties are being followed.
  • To work on all packaging and brewing operations as required.
  • To carry out all production checks as instructed.
  • To ensure down time is used effectively.
  • To clean and maintain machines and equipment as required.
  • To carry out and ensure machine changeovers are carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • To prepare all required materials in given working areas for the next day's production.
  • To follow and carry out daily start up and shutdown duties as required.
  • Forklift driving when required (_
    Note:_ We will provide training for you to obtain the appropriate license if not already held).
  • To be one of the company first aiders and carry out equipment checks (_Optional_).
  • To undertake any other duties considered to fall within the scope of the position as directed by the packaging supervisors or production Manager.
  • To keep abreast of and work in accordance with company policies as displayed on company notice boards.
  • To take reasonable care of themselves and others and to cooperate in the implementation of Health and Safety policy and its supporting arrangements.
