Head of Procurement – GNFR and International Sourcing – Whitbread – Dunstable
Location: Hybrid Role based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire (3 days minimum at our Whitbread Campus). Role will also require UK travel to meet suppliers and occasional international travel to our team in Shanghai.
We are excited to be seeking a respected professional to join our team at Whitbread, the UK's largest hospitality business, responsible for sourcing a wide range of products for our hotels. With a strong presence in the UK, Germany, and expanding further, the role of Head of Procurement is crucial in ensuring the quality and availability of goods for our guests.

What you'll do:
As Head of Procurement for Whitbread, you will play a key role in developing and implementing sourcing strategies, managing supplier performance, and ensuring sustainability in all procurement activities. You will lead a team and work closely with various departments to optimize procurement processes.
What you'll need:
- Experience in procurement strategies, ideally in international markets
- CIPS qualification would be beneficial
- Commercially driven with strong analytical skills
- Innovative thinking and excellent communication skills
- Ability to build effective relationships and lead a team
