Domestic Energy Assessor/ Inventory Clerk

First Property Services are an established and well respected company providing Domestic and Commercial EPCs, SAP EPCs, Floor Plans, Inventories, Energy Reports, Retrofit Assessments and Retrofit Coordination Services and RICs Surveys to our long standing corporate and private clients in the Staffordshire, Shropshire and Cheshire areas.

We are currently looking for an Experienced Energy Assessor/ Inventory Clerk to join our expanding team.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

Salary based on experience and qualifications.

(Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm)

To be considered for this role, you will:

• Be a qualified DEA
• Be technically minded
• Be highly computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and Outlook
• Have the ability to work alone, as well as part of a team
• Have an eye for detail, including when under pressure
• Possess the ability to selforganise, manage time, prioritise work and meet deadlines
• Have strong interpersonal and verbal/ written communication skills

Desired qualifications/ Experience

• Qualified to carry out Retrofit assessments or be willing to train in this area
• Be a qualified NDEA (Non Domestic Energy Assessor)
• Have experience in completing Inventories, Check Ins and Check Outs using Inventory Base
