What you'll do:


This is an exciting role which combines a love of data-led strategy, and passion for real-world, creative executions à it's all about being customer centric.


  • Support the Strategy Director and team with developing dataled strategy on specific briefs for some of our key accounts
  • Support the team with finding, developing and presenting customer insights that change the way we approach our clients' briefs. Using these insights, you'll be able to guide the client team towards a recommended outcome and bring it to life via activation plans
  • Support on both revenuedriving and brand building CRM campaigns, working closely with analysis teams to maximise the use of Indicia's data models, definitions and personalisation offerings
  • Deliver against ongoing measurement processes to evaluate and optimise existing client campaign activity, taking the client team on this journey and aligning with the longer term strategy of the account
  • Plan measurable, logical and engaging customer experiences / journeys; and work with the wider team to activate and evaluate your recommendations
  • Support the Strategy Director on dataled planning; pulling on industry knowledge and research to aid the development of proposals and bringing in account case studies and results where applicable
  • Be a core part of the supporting account team required in regular client meetings supporting and presenting findings from campaign activity and opportunities

What you'll bring:


You have an ability to turn data and your own research into the simple truths that inform your recommendations for the strategic direction of client work.


You may already be a Planner, or perhaps you are an Account Manager looking to make the jump to a more strategic role.

Regardless, your experience means you will be comfortable with recommending how data informs contact strategies, campaigns and creativity.

You are comfortable working collaboratively with clients, Client Services, Data Science and other internal teams. You are a challenger, a collaborator, adaptable and decisive, articulate and have a get-it-done mentality.

We like people who aren't so arrogant they think they know it all, but confident enough that together we can get to the best solutions.


  • At least 23 years data /planning experience in an agency environment
  • Strategic and innovative thinker
  • Experience in handling data and translating into a clear, direct and digital marketing
  • Skilled at using customer insight to deliver marketing strategies
  • Experience of briefing and working closely with data teams
  • Numeric and with excellent attention to detail

Role Requirements:

This role can be based on a hybrid basis from either our London or Bristol office.
