Our client is looking for an Director of Sales to join their team.

This remarkable Estate is guided by family values and boasts individually designed bedrooms, a championship golf course, spa facilities and fine dining.

Additionally, it is renowned for its iconic wedding venue and offers exclusive conference and banquet facilities among a grand private residence with a Scottish setting.


Key Responsibilities:
nProactively drive sales activities to the hotel across all segments to include hotel events, leisure & golfing experiences, corporate and conferencingnDevelop and manages relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and externalnWork collaboratively with off-property sales channels such as corporate, incentive, association markets and destination management companies to ensure the property sales targets is achieved

To thrive in this role, you will need:nComprehensive commercial knowledge of the luxury hospitality market with significant sales experience in a 5* hotelnExperience in a lifestyle/distinctive brand is advantageousnAbility to work well both independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and targetsnFlexibility to adjust to the changing needs of the business, taking on new ideas, initiatives, brands, and responsibilitiesnAbility to work simultaneously on several initiatives and priorities often under pressurenExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with people at all levels and from all backgrounds and parts of the worldnStrong professional presentation skillsnAbility to stay objective and fair when dealing with sensitive internal/external customer situations maintaining constructive working relationsnPassionate self-starter, exhibiting initiative, confidence, professionalism, and good judgmentnAbility to make business decisions with integrity and honestynFull, clean UK driving licencenHighest level of competency in the use of Microsoft office programs is requirednPrevious experience of working with lead generation and CRM systems is also essential
