Maintenenance Engineer

Our Manufacturing client based in March is looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer on a fulltime permanent basis.

This role is Monday to Friday
no weekends or shift work. Reporting into the Engineering manager you will be responsible for both Reactive as well as Preventative maintenance of the machinery on site.

**Job Role:

• To ensure that all maintenance work is produced to the agreed standard operating procedures and quality standards
• Record repetitive machinery failure and the resulting production downtime.
• Provide engineering solutions for the elimination or reduction of unnecessary loss of production.
• Prepare and follow planned preventative maintenance schedules for all Company assets.
• Assess risks and hazards which are associated with maintenance of equipment and that machinery is compliant with H&S requirements at all times.
• Ensure best product quality is available to production from all equipment and in accordance with agreed product quality standards as a minimum.
• Control costs within agreed budgets.
• Forecast and inform wherever possible unexpected costs resulting from breakdown.

To be considered for this role you MUST have 12 months relevant maintenance experience as a minimum.

On top of the of the salary is a financial incentive package.
