Ryanair is seeking a Flight Operations Performance Engineer to become part of Europe's Largest Airline Group. It's a fantastic opportunity to join one of the world's most well-known airlines at an exciting phase of growth.

A unique chance awaits the right candidate to join the Flight Operations Performance Engineering Team, aiding in the expansion of Ryanair's fleet to 800 aircraft and 300 million passengers over the next decade.

As part of this dynamic team, you will work on various tasks such as providing Aircraft Performance data, Airfield Evaluation, Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) services, and Weight & Balance information to the entire Ryanair fleet.


Responsibilities:
  • Developing electronic and backup Aircraft Performance data through specialized software applications.
  • Supporting the airfield categorization process and conducting airport evaluations as required for network expansion.
  • Performing payload/range analyses for new routes and evaluating infrastructure downgrade impacts.
  • Assisting in the maintenance of Ryanair's Fleet Weight program and preparing aircraft weight documentation.
  • Auditing data from third-party vendors used in performance software applications.
  • Assessing operational impacts of changes to aeronautical charts, navigation databases, and avionics databases.
  • Providing and updating accurate data in Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) applications.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and work within set deadlines.
