Based at our main office at Lindum Business Park in North Hykeham, we are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to join the Lindum team, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and switchboard operator for telephone enquiries.
The role currently involves a one hour shift to provide lunchtime cover 3 days per week on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (3 hours per week). Working times will be between 12pm and 2pm, to be agreed with the Receptionist on duty that day.
Additional hours will also be available to cover holidays and sickness within the Reception team so the role would suit someone looking for a few hours each week but the opportunity to increase their working hours with additional shifts offered throughout the year.
What We're Looking For
You will ideally have experience in a customer facing role but above all, we are seeking someone with the right skills and attitude to represent Lindum and its values; someone who is welcoming, enthusiastic, professional and enjoys helping people. You must be confident and outgoing and able to use initiative to ensure the needs of colleagues, clients and visitors are met. Applicants must be able to provide flexible cover for shifts offered with reasonable notice for holiday leave, as well as cover for sickness and unexpected absence at shorter notice at times (so will ideally be reasonably local).Benefits
