Supply Co-ordinator

Hybrid Working - Stoneleigh, Warwickshire

Fixed Term Contract - 14 months

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Massey Ferguson and Valtra orders in SAP P01 for UK and Ireland.
  • Manage order changes in SAP P0
  • Liaise with suppliers on production dates and product availability.
  • Liaise with customer/freight forwarders to control shipment of machines and supporting logistics issues as transportation damages, missing components.
  • Produce shipment documentation for customs clearance post Brexit.
  • Manage order status report by product range.
  • Liaise with AGCO Finance to resolve credit holds.
  • Handle Dealer and Internal inquiries.
  • Prioritise workload and meet monthly invoicing targets.
  • Manage documentation to allow tractor road registration such as V55 in UK and Irish "birth cert" and ensure distribution of completed V5
  • Create daily invoice list for business credit.
  • Complete Month End Close.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Strong background in an order processing environment.
  • Experience of international shipping, freight and logistics.
  • Excellent customer focused skills and ensuring all dealer requirements are handled efficiently.
  • Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and IT skills.
  • Must be a selfmotivated, positive and strong team player.
  • SAP Experience preferable
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills with all level stakeholders
