Job Summary
Vertiv is seeking an Office Manager to play a key role in our growing team focused on creating industry leading liquid cooling offerings to serve the ever-expanding Data Center and Edge Computing markets. The ideal candidate has a "can do" attitude and never accepts the status quo. Looking for experience with coordinating team travel, Visas, project management, purchase orders, office moves, IT co-ordination, and day to day administrative duties. Responsibilities:
- Visa, international travel and accommodation support
- Ad-Hoc customer engagement support
- Purchasing of supplies of all types
- Procurement duties (budget, receipts and reconciliation, approvals, spend limits etc.)
- Stocking restrooms and conference rooms, co ordinating of cleaning team
- Overseeing technology and general prep of conference rooms (TV's, internet, white boards, customer map, etc.)
- Onboarding new employees with space, IT support, resources, etc.
- Coordination with landlord for building related items
Office activity planning:
- Communicate proactively as early as possible with employees and other external invitees
- Procurement and contract negotiations in line with UK policy
- Engagement with EMEA and UK HR and Talent Acquisition teams
Leadership assistance:
- Company calendar coordination
- Travel coordination
- Expense processing
- Meeting coordination
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience with office management
- College degree preferred
