Sales Support Assistant to join their Diss team on a temporary to permanent.


Acting as a key point of contact between company and customer, your role will involve sending out quotations, processing sales orders, liaising with customers about products, after extensive training advising on new products and handling complex orders.

The day to day

  • Accurate processing and pricing of sales orders.
  • Calculating lead times for customers.
  • Liaising with customers regarding their orders and providing advice on products.
  • Handling incoming calls/queries from customers, signposting if needed.
  • Ensuring orders are accurately added onto the internal system.

You will have/be:

  • Proven sales processing and customer service experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Organised and accurate when handling administrative tasks.
  • Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
This is a full-time role that will begin on a temporary basis then become permanent. You will be working Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, with occasional early finish at 3pm on Fridays. Free parking offered on site, the offered salary for this positionis £26,500 per annum (£12.74 ph).
