Fife Creamery is a family run firm, was established over 67 years ago and currently has over 140 employees.


Fife Creamery is a big player in food wholesale, supplying the NHS, education establishments, restaurants, hotels, shops, sandwich bars and butchers across the country.

Over the past few years Fife Creamery has invested heavily in their workspaces, fleet, new product sourcing and workforce, with dedicated experts being brought in to bolster the strengths of the business.


The Role


Based full-time in the buying office in Kirkcaldy, you will join four colleagues in a buying team committed to delivering for customers, scouring the UK and Europe for new products, and finding potential new business opportunities.

You will be required to source new products for customers, whilst working with existing supply channels to maximise trading opportunities.

You will be a buyer who knows the food industry well and may even have some sales experience.

You will join an enthusiastic and friendly team and You will have excellent communication skills and the personality to fit in well with our experienced team in Kirkcaldy, but also with all our sales team, suppliers, and customers.

Ideally, you will have relevant industry experience; but even if you don't match 100 per cent, we would be happy to train and develop additional skills and mentor you through your development into an effective and integrated member of the team.
