As a Supervisor, you'll be helping the Management team to grow the team and the customer base.Working in a cinema is great fun but requires a professional, flexible and adaptable outlook in order to manage a wide range of challenges and enhance our customer's sense of escape.
You must have experience in supervising or leading a team in a customer-facing environment and a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
As well as recruiting, developing and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and financial results along with sharing with the management team the responsibilities of Health & Safety, Box Office Duties, Retail Stand Duties and Floor & Door Duties.

Empire Cinemas was founded in 2005 and took our name from the iconic Empire Leicester Square theatre which has been one of London's most popular cinemas since it played host to the first moving images screened to a UK audience back in 1896.
