MANCHESTER - HEAD OFFICE BASED ROLE


Our client a successful online fashion brand is now looking to recruit an experienced Paid Social Executive to work across 2 brands.

Reporting to the Paid Social Manager, you will work closely with their internal teams and Paid Agency to manage and optimise their social media advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within Paid Social for a fast paced fashion/ecom brand.

Support the Paid Social Manager in planning, executing, and optimising paid social media campaigns on Meta and TikTok to achieve business objectives.


  • Work closely with the creative team to develop and brief engaging ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Adopt a test and learn approach to Paid social activity to continually drive channel performance in line with brand targets.
  • Effectively measure, and report on campaign performance metrics, ensuring these are aligned with channel objectives and KPIs.
  • Monitor competitor activity to ensure we are staying on top of key trends and creatives
  • 1-2 years of experience in Paid social is essential, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Demonstrable experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads (a bonus)
  • Great analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • A keen eye for fashion trends and an understanding of what resonates with a fashion-forward audience.
