Who We Are:


European Tour Productions, an IMG production produce and distribute golf coverage of the DP World Tour, The Challenge Tour, The Ryder Cup and The Open.

In this capacity, ETP has produced the live coverage for hundreds of events around the world and not just in Europe.

We travel to events in the middle east, Asia and Africa and have produced the last twelve Ryder Cups and The Open since 2016.

In 2021, and despite COVID restrictions we delivered over 850 hours of live world feed golf coverage.

Our award winning original and branded content is expanding, and we also produce a broad range of content for social media channels and The European Tour website.


What You'll Do:
FREE TRIP TO ROME Well not exactly. But you would be involved in the Ryder Cup to be held there this September. First you need to help shape our pre-event portfolio of broadcast and digital content.

European Tour Productions are seeking a talented Producer with a proven background in producing long-form, documentary style, programming.

This is a very exciting initial 7-month fixed-term contract opportunity to develop, produce, and oversee the timely delivery of the Official 2023 Ryder Cup broadcast preview series; 'Countdown To The Ryder Cup'.

You will also contribute to the development and production of additional short-form digital content series.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Development and editorial direction of the series in conjunction with the Senior Producer and Head of Ryder Cup Productions.
  • Define the visual identity of the series, in accordance with existing brand guidelines.
  • Lead a small and dedicated team of Assistant Producers.
  • Source and recruit top-level talent and freelance crew.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent edits, and ultimately ensure the timely delivery of the series.
  • Produce single and multi-camera shoots, and conduct interviews with contributors, where necessary.
  • Cost track and report across the production.
  • Attend and travel to location shoots, including internationally.
  • Occasional weekend work and unsocial hours required
- as and when dictated by demanding production schedules and according to the client's time zone.

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Prior experience producing long-form, documentary style, programming.
  • Experience telling sharp, current stories with action footage, animation and graphics.
  • Experience conducting interviews, writing engaging script, and developing narrative.
  • Extensive knowledge of production and post production workflows, production paperwork, contracts, insurance, risk assessments and health & safety on shoots.
  • Ability to manage production team or units of various scales.
  • Excellent knowledge of professional golf and, preferably, knowledge of the Ryder Cup.
  • Awareness of contract and copyright, conditions of service, equal opportunities, corporate social responsibility, ethical position on doing business and health and safety at work.
  • An interest in digital production workflows and the digital content space.
  • Experience working in a major sports production environment
