Permanent Mixed Veterinary Surgeon - Helston, Cornwall

Practice Type: Part of a group
- They have been looking after their loyal clients for over 150 years and treat a variety of species including seals.
- Their practice has 2 modern theatres, endoscopy, ultrasound, digital X-ray including dental X-ray, equine X-ray, and a fully kitted laboratory.
Team : They have a lovely, friendly team of 7 mixed vets, 1 small animal vet, 2 ATTs, and a farm vet tech. You would work within a skilled supportive team consisting of 6 RVNs, 3 SVNs, and 2 ANAs. They run regular clinical cub meetings to enable discussion to discuss various clinical aspects and this helps to continuously progress the team.
Role: They are looking for a Mixed Vet to join the team at ther well-established RCVS-accredited mixed practice based in beautiful Helston, Cornwall.
Duties: The job role would be split 50% small and 50% farm/equine with job variety shared fairly amongst the team.
Hours:
- This is a full-time position over 4.5 days
- With an out-of-hours rota of 1 in every 4 Saturday mornings.
- They have their own team of night nurses to support our OOH work.
Salary: Competitive salary and benefits depending on experience
