an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join one of their dynamic client schools based in Camden.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll be at the forefront of promoting a positive and inclusive school culture. Your role will be multifaceted, encompassing everything from providing one-on-one support to students to implementing school-wide behavior management strategies. With your dedication and expertise, you'll empower students to overcome challenges, build resilience, and thrive academically and socially.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with students to understand their individual needs and challenges
  • Providing targeted support and intervention to students exhibiting challenging behaviors
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement effective behaviour plans
  • Delivering engaging workshops and sessions to promote positive behavior and social-emotional learning
  • Monitoring progress and evaluating the effectiveness of behavior support strategies

Requirements:

  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application through us
