Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Tender Management:

Identify and research potential tender opportunities from a range of portals and platforms relevant to the healthcare sector.

Work closely with technical staff members to gather the necessary information and documents required for tender submissions.

Prepare and complete tender documents, ensuring all submission deadlines are met.

Coordinate and collate responses from different departments to create comprehensive tender proposals.

Maintain a database of tender opportunities, submissions, and outcomes.

Administration and Hire Agreements:

Manage the administration process for hire agreements, ensuring accurate and timely processing of contracts.

Coordinate the scheduling and logistics for equipment rentals, ensuring smooth delivery and pick-up.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service during the hiring process.

Maintain records of equipment availability, rental agreements, and customer communications.

Business Development Support:

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and areas for business growth.

Assist in market research and analysis to support business development strategies.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote TIC Mobile's services.

Reporting and Documentation:

Generate regular reports on tender activities, hire agreements and business development progress.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities related to tender submissions and hire agreements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in tender management and administration, preferably within the healthcare or related industry.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing tender submissions and administrative documents.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Knowledge of the healthcare industry and mobile imaging solutions is a plus.

Working Hours and Compensation:

Part-time position, working from 10 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday.

Annual salary of £18,000 per annum.

30 days of annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays.

COMMUTE:
Must live within a 1-hour commutable distance from the HA8 postcode.
