Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team in a bustling coffee shop environment, ensuring smooth operations
• Serve customers food and beverages according to brand standards, answering product-related queries
• Conduct basic food preparation and made-to-order services following specific standards
• Handle payments and maintain financial records
• Restock inventory and ensure attractive product displays
• Ensure cleanliness in the counter, equipment, and common areas
• Complete daily administrative tasks as assigned
• Facilitate training and onboarding for new staff
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols as per regulations
• Participate in relevant training sessions as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in a busy coffee shop or high-traffic setting
• Barista experience is essential
• Knowledge of latte art is preferred
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, capable of managing fast-paced environments efficiently
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude
