As a Law Firm Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our office operations.

You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that support our legal professionals and contribute to the overall success of the firm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and answering phone calls.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and court dates.
  • Maintain and update client files and case management systems.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence.
  • Support the legal team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role, preferably in a legal environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with legal case management software is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and strong client service skills.
  • Basic understanding of legal terminology and processes is desirable.
