Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in a bustling coffee hut setting. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality beverages to our customers.

All while taking in the beautiful scenery over at stanningley rugby club

Duties:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
  • Assist customers in choosing beverages by providing information on products
  • Operate coffeemaking equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the pointofsale system
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the cafe area
  • Follow food safety standards and guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food preparation or customer service is advantageous
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions and calculating change
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
