With new projects coming into the studio, we are looking for an architect/ architectural technician who is highly skilled and has experience with technical detailing on large residential projects to join our team.

This is a permanent role for a minimum of 4 days a week, working from our studio based in Portslade, Brighton.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Part 3 Architect with 10+ years UK experience post qualification working in a lead architect role.
  • Experienced in the coordination and delivery of projects
  • Job running and experience across the RIBA stages
  • Managing and coordinating with contractors and Designers
  • Strong technical skills gained on a range of mixed use and residential projects.
  • Excellent Vectorworks / AutoCAD and Adobe creative suite skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the current planning and Building Regulations, NHBC/ LABC Warranty Guidance and Associated Housing Standards.
  • Be able to demonstrate an ability to prepare detailed working drawing packages (plans, sections, elevations, schedule and details).
  • Be capable of coordinating a drawing package in conjunction with the other design consultants.
  • Be able to work autonomously where needed to provide clients with a quick turnaround.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail/ interior detailing.
