Job Overview:


We are in search of an experienced Climate Change Manager to contribute to Arm's response to the current climate situation. You will lead efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions across Arm and embed climate risk into Enterprise Risk Management. Additionally, you will provide strategic insights on Arm's climate impact to senior leadership.


This role plays a crucial part in driving Arm's climate change strategy, focusing on decarbonisation and ensuring organizational compliance. Ideal candidates will possess the skills, determination, and knowledge needed to help Arm decarbonize and report progress.

Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, you will collaborate with the Director of Climate Impact, the Carbon Data Specialist, and the ESG Reporting Manager.


Arm's expert sustainability team is collaborative and agile, and your role will contribute to joint team outputs, thinking, and insights.

Responsibilities:


- Lead operational decarbonisation and develop tools to reduce carbon emissions.
- Lead climate risk disclosure and reporting processes.
- Oversee CDP and SECR reporting.
- Drive climate input for ESG reporting, including GRI and upcoming regulations.
- Implement tailored initiatives to help functions achieve carbon reduction goals.
- Develop methodologies to track and communicate sustainability improvements.


Required Skills and Experience:


- Experience in environmental sustainability roles.
- Project management experience.
- Corporate work experience.
- Familiarity with climate change reporting regulations.
- Understanding of climate change issues in a corporate context.


Education & Qualifications


Relevant environmental degree or equivalent experience.


Interpersonal Skills and Experience:


- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Leadership skills when needed.
